Enable Flash player in Google Chrome

If you see the following message give this a try first before requesting help.

1) Click onto the padlock at the start of the website url.

2) Click onto the Site Settings

3) From here you will need to select Flash and choose “Allow”

Reload the page you first encountered the problem and you should notice the video load correctly.
