Managing Spam Message within outlook. 

Within outlook on the left hand side please regularly check your "Junk" folder to ensure your not missing anything important. 

it has come to our attention that a few of you are missing emails which have gone to your junk folder. 

**Please note as Hwb is a managed service we have no control over this** However you can Right click on a message and click on "Not Junk" option at the top of the screen (As per below) 

By doing this the system will learn what is junk and what isn't
