Howto Disable Focused inbox Mode in Outlook 365

In outlook by default it organises your email into a split inbox however many people do not realise this so to avoid missing any email please follow this quick guide

In Outlook please go to the Menu at the top right on the screen indicated by the Small Cog then you will see:

Un Tick - Focused inbox and Set "Conversation View" to Off.
